The Valley Children's Hospital (VCH), originally known as Children's Hospital Central California, is a paediatric acute care teaching hospital in Madera County, California. The hospital is connected with Stanford University School of Medicine and has 358 paediatric beds.

Infants, children, teens, and young people ages 0–21 are served by the hospital's comprehensive paediatric specialties and subspecialties throughout Madera County, Fresno, and California. Valley Children's also treats adults who require paediatric treatment on occasion.
Valley Children's also has the region's largest ACS-verified Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, the Central Valley's sole Level IV NICU, and the only provider of paediatric extracorporeal life support (ECLS) within their service area.
Valley Children's is a major provider of paediatric health care in California and across the country. The facility is located next to the Central Valley Ronald McDonald House.
